Wayne Siggard’s primary interest and experience is planning, design, and construction of authentic old world development projects including layout, architecture, hardscape and landscape.

Real Estate Development.

Siggard has been a principal and consultant on land and construction development in mixed-use and residential projects. He has consulted with owners, architects and engineers from conception and purchase to entitlements, planning, design, and construction.
